Sany Li Jingjing: Localization strategy to help African industrialization
"This summit is more urgent and pragmatic in exchanges and cooperation. The results and model of project cooperation in the past three years are there. Everyone has a development consensus and specific purpose. Through the forum, there are many sparks. The Beijing Summit of the 2018 China-Africa Cooperation Forum was successfully held. Li Jingjing, vice president of Sany Heavy Industry, who attended the summit, accepted an exclusive interview with People's Daily.
She expressed that as an important exchange platform, the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation has once again demonstrated to the world the broad prospects for China and Africa to "join the common destiny and promote development together" and bring opportunities for more pragmatic business exchanges. In 2017, Sany’s sales revenue in Africa was nearly 1 billion yuan. In recent years, the Group has become more and more connected with Africa, not only to help Africa build infrastructure with high-quality engineering machinery products, but also to bring new technologies and advantageous production capacity to the place, from a gold digger to a business partner to help Africa improve its industrial level.
