By 2025, through scientific and technological innovation and management innovation, we will carry out green construction capacity building and engineering project pilot projects. On the basis of fully completing the green construction pilot tasks of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, we will strive to form eight innovative systems for green construction policies, management, building materials, equipment, construction, evaluation, talent, and market, providing Hunan standards, creating Hunan experience, and making Hunan contributions to the national promotion of "green construction".
