On December 9, Vanke bought a Class II residential land listed in the original tourist area of Tianjin Eco-City for a total price of 407.7 million yuan. The floor price was about 3,611 yuan/㎡. The listing documents require that part of the plot is to be equipped with a pilot volume for industrialization. In addition, the transferee also needs to build public facilities such as parks, architectural research and exhibition centers, and exhibition areas within the eco-city.
The above-mentioned eco-city land parcel numbered Jinbinsheng (hang) 2020-7, which was delisted today, is located in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city (in the original tourist area).
