The project adopts a prefabricated frame structure system, the interior and exterior walls use prefabricated fabricated wall panels, the bathroom and balcony partial floor slabs are cast in place, and the rest of the floor slabs are all prefabricated laminated floor slabs. In the site model display area, everyone first listened to a detailed introduction of the construction of the prefabricated building and had a preliminary understanding of the prefabricated frame structure system of the project. Then, under the leadership of the on-site technical person in charge, went to the construction site to observe the construction process of the prefabricated building. The observers took out their mobile phones to record the hoisting and installation of prefabricated wall panels, and the sleeve grouting process. At the same time, they communicated with the technical person in charge of the site on issues such as vertical component hoisting, correction, laminated board installation, number of installers, mechanical equipment selection, construction schedule, cost control, and difficulties in prefabricated construction. The observers then visited the Yugou Company’s pilot building and the new material display area. By watching various precast concrete components, prefabricated structural nodes, prefabricated system nodes, prefabricated building construction processes and completed products, they learned about the prefabricated building The entire construction process.
