Recently, China Machinery International Zhejiang Branch successfully won the bid for the general contracting of the comprehensive environmental improvement project (Phase I) (EPC) of Hangzhou Fuyang Jinqiao Park. The main construction content includes the construction of new urban secondary roads in the park, the improvement of urban main roads, road greening and river greening improvement, rain and sewage diversion projects.
The bidding work was tight in time, heavy tasks and fierce competition. With the support and cooperation of the Road and Bridge Design Institute and the General Contracting Management Department, the Zhejiang Branch finally won the bid with its excellent design plan, excellent performance and reasonable quotation. Aiming at the problems of the undeveloped traffic network in the park, insufficient density of secondary arterial roads and branch roads, existing pipelines, rain and sewage mixing, and project management, the project team took green development as the starting point and integrated the ecological design concept with the overall planning of urban development through reconstruction Renovate part of the roads in the park, design the roads and rivers in landscape and rain and sewage diversion, adopt measures such as optimized road design and pipe network layout, increase green area, and create cultural landscapes, so that roads, rivers, greening, lighting, humanities, The landscape is organically integrated, which improves the rationality of the plan and space layout, and presents a green, beautiful and vibrant park space. It has further promoted the quality improvement and transformation of the park, effectively improved the local ecological environment and business environment, and contributed to the construction of a modern Fuyang where man and nature coexist in harmony.
