Since the beginning of the year, the Technology Department of Zhongnan Branch has promoted the application of advanced quality management methods, guided the project to carry out quality management team activities, the inpatient building of Hengdong County People’s Hospital, Country Garden Yingyuetai (A37 plot), rail transit line 5 Shuiduhe Duan and other projects actively responded. Through the development of QC activities, the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of employees have been stimulated, and key technical problems and common quality problems in the construction have been effectively solved, which has played a positive role in promoting project construction. 1. Improved the first pass rate of HDPE drainage pipeline installation, and won the second prize of National Excellent Quality Management of Municipal Engineering Construction. Through the QC group activities, the first pass rate of HDPE drainage pipe installation increased from 83.14% before the activity to 94.00%, and it successfully reached and exceeded the expected 93.00% target. The economic and social benefits are significant, providing a reference for similar projects.
3. Improve the first-time pass rate of box-shaped column segmented installation and win the second prize. By improving the box-shaped column segmented installation and positioning method, the box-shaped column installation period was optimized, labor and machinery were saved, and after deducting the group activity expenses, a total of 166,000 yuan economic benefits were created. The project was awarded the company's 2019 excellent quality and safety inspection The overall construction period of the project meets the 180-day overall construction period node requirements, and the social and brand benefits are significant, laying a solid foundation for the project to create awards.
4. Improve the first pass rate of plaster-free wall putty and win the second prize. Through the QC group activities, the first pass rate of plaster-free concrete wall decorative putty was increased from 84.2% before the event to 94.8%, which reduced the quality defects of plaster-free wall decorative putty and avoided large-scale rework and waste of raw materials. The cost of later maintenance and rework was reduced. According to calculations, an economic benefit of RMB 90,720 was created. Through the QC group activities, the construction quality of the decoration projects used has been greatly improved. The project was awarded the company's 2019 excellent quality and safety inspection project. Many brother units organized technical personnel to visit the construction site and form a positive social impact. The owner unit fully affirmed the construction quality, the construction period met the owner's sales node requirements, and the quality reached the delivery standard at one time.
5. Improved the qualified rate of cast-in-situ concrete of laminated slab and won the third prize. Through the QC group activities, the qualified rate of cast-in-place concrete for laminated slabs has increased from 85.2% before the event to 93.25%, which is higher than the 90% target value set before the event. There is no super-high concrete pouring, which saves concrete raw materials and post-repair costs. It reduces the work of finishing and cleaning up the leakage of steel reinforcement. After calculation, the total cost of each layer is about 17,000 yuan. The project has received many inspections from the owner. During the tripartite inspection, the concrete pouring quality of the project has achieved the top three of the Changsha regional construction site. After the observation activities, it has been praised by the construction, supervision and supervisory units and peers, which has improved the company’s performance. The image laid a good foundation for future award declarations.
